Create a ZIP archive

Bundle files without changing their contents. JPEG, MP4 and other compressed files may shrink very little in a ZIP.

There is no guaranteed saving or exact target for every file. If the result is larger, some tools return the original; compare its format and size before sharing. For an upload limit stated in KB or MB, confirm the portal’s own rule and inspect the downloaded file size. Do not assume a percentage reduction meets that limit. Preserve the original if document text, signatures or forms must remain usable.
